Placed an order and driver had still…

Placed an order and driver had still not been assigned over an hour later, contacted just eat customer services to request a refund and was told I would only be half refunded as the restaurant had started preparing the order - even though the app states that they ‘will start preparing my order as soon as a driver has been assigned’ meaning they never should have started preparing it !!! Terrible service and terrible wait times
