Ordered KFC last night.We order a family bucket that should have 8 hot wings in it.Deliver came very fast, so fast infarct the shop didn't even put all my items in the order.When I contacted Just Eat they duly refunded my missing items, however I did not want a refund I wanted the items delivered, which they would not do.I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded and there service fee so I could re order my missing items to which they said no, I need to call KFC in Kingston. I explained that the shop was not answering but they did not care. I asked to speak to a manager,, the guy on the phone names "Boris" told me there was a 24 hour waiting time to talk to there management! What a joke.I asked for my money for my missing items to be refunded to my card they would not do that either, only a credit note on account, which I do not want as I'd rater never use just eat EVER again! Maybe they should have a look at there reviews and do something about it, or people should just vote with actions and not use this company ever again.

I made an order with a takeaway but my payment would not go through, I tried twice so i made an order with another takeaway and payment went through straight away followed by a confirmation of payment from the first takeaway?I contacted just eat via live chat and was told I could only have 50% discount, I told them that it was the fault of the site not mine. The lady typed back that if I wanted a full refund then I should tell the takeaway to contact just eat. The takeaway said they wont contact just eat as it's just eats responsibility. I ended up with no food from that takeaway and out of pocket as just eat refused to do anything. Wont be using these theiving rats again.

The couple is rubbish sometime I find…

The couple is rubbish sometime I find my slave waiting for the my order for ages but what worse then that is when I get someone else order and I not even order anything like these morning some one order has been setting out my front door for 1hr and half. I have been try to ring some and it dose go through to a voice what every department. And still can’t get throw to anyone. Just keep hand up. Then I won’t on chat and their were just as rubbish. Emma could understand that one off your driver had come to the ring address and as I was out when deliver i could give it back. Your company dose care about it Custmer . As you can’t get hold off anyone. Don’t get the food from this company when you order or it come really late. Like my husband order food form just eat the other day and it end up get cancel form your end. I feel sorry for these customer who been waiting for a order that never going to come. I am going Chuck this away in 10 mins as 1. I’m not a lovely on MDs. 2. I don’t like what thier order. 3: its not my order so not going to eat for some else food.

Absolutely terrible service

The food never turned up. The app says its been delivered but the restaurant has confirmed its still sitting there waiting for a driver to turn up.The customer service is horrendous. The first chat was closed as they said we hadn't replied even though we had asked 3 questions in a row. The 2nd chat just said sorry its happened and they'll sort it in 48 hours.... How is that in any way helpful when our flood was supposed to arrive 2 hours ago!

NO PROFIT FOR YOU ، BUILD YOUR OWN BUSINESS

I was a restaurant partner for nearly 5 years .DO NOT recommend at all. Over all %20 going out of your pocket every week.for every false complain customer get full refund from your pocket NOT JUSTEAT . lots of customer know this and taking advantage. Over all no profit for you BIG PROFIT for JUSTEAT. Build your own business... stay away from justeat and tell everyone...

Ordered food

Ordered food, didn’t arrive but was marked up as delivered. Took over an hour to get a refund.Really bad service

Never again

We ordered Macdonalds through just eat they delivered the totally wrong order totally wrong order number mistakes happen didn’t expect to eventually get through to someone to be told a member of the investigation team will contact me within 48 hours and take pics which I have £18.99 that cost I couldn’t afford to order through another company stupidly thought they would come and collect this order and fetch the right one by this time it was 940pm it’s been almost 24 hrs now still not heard anything and no refund that was a treat for us after working a 10 hour shift me and all family and friends will never use just eat again as we couldn’t JUST EAT

Placed an order and driver had still…

Placed an order and driver had still not been assigned over an hour later, contacted just eat customer services to request a refund and was told I would only be half refunded as the restaurant had started preparing the order - even though the app states that they ‘will start preparing my order as soon as a driver has been assigned’ meaning they never should have started preparing it !!! Terrible service and terrible wait times

Support chat is hit or miss

Support chat is hit or miss. First time I got connected with someone who didn't do anything about my "delivered" order that never showed up. When I contacted them later I was put in touch with Niño who was very quick to resolve my issue and issued me a full refund after I confirmed I was the account holder.Would be 5 stars had I got Niño first time, but the first assistant wasn't helpful at all. With all the one star reviews here I'm glad that I didn't have the same fate.

simple instructions were not followed

food arrived later than i was told but 10 mins late isn't that badhot food was cold but i can forgive this also, it's really cold outside atm and the food was ordered at night and from kinda far so don't really blame themthe one thing i found pretty sh**ty was i said, "please ring me when you're here or the dog will bark and wake people up" they didn't ring the bell and the dog did bark and people were woken up.idk if the delivery person didn't care, or if it was a lack of communication or whatever, but it was important and in this regard i'm kinda pissed

ROSE KEBAB HOUSE IN HALSTEADplease avoid at all costs, after trying these people on 2 separate occasions and being understanding with times etc, the 2nd time some of the food was burnt and hard. Spoke to manager and he said on next order he would replace 2 items free of charge, came to order with another order and they left me on phone 18mins then manager said only 1 item.And if I didn't like it to do one. I politely told him to keep his food and I wasn't that in need of a chicken shish ????
